Hey, users of the Nintendo Lobby! Ever since 2017, a lot has changed around here. We have a new console in the Switch which has been and looks like it will continue to be very promising going forward, changing the landscape of this lobby to be much more positive than years previous during the Wii U era. Along with that, we also have an updated team of moderators. But what does that mean for you? Well, it’s important to know who to tag/mention or contact if you need help with something. Not only that, it never hurts to have a refresher on the rules/ToS, as well as general suggestions and guidelines. So let’s get started. Keep in mind that this information may be obvious to you, but perhaps not to others. There are always new users joining our community.
First and foremost, who are the current Moderators of this lobby?
As of 12 April 2021, there are 6 and they are as follows –
Knowing who the local mods are is important in case you need help or assistance in some fashion and/or to contact us for some reason. Examples include but are not limited to, editing a post (in which the timer has expired), editing a thread title, deleting a post, locking your thread, etc. Each one of us is available to be contacted and will help as soon as we can. You can either send one of us a PM (Private Message) or tag one of us into a thread by typing @ and placing the username in front of it, which will make it look like so – @nookfan – and will send that mod an alert. Of course, each mod has their own private life outside of the boards with different schedules so we’ll try to get back to you as soon as possible.
